At Feet First Foot & Health Clinic, we provide a comprehensive range of professional foot care treatments to help keep your feet healthy, comfortable and pain free

Routine Footcare
Ingrown toe Nails
Professional routine footcare including nail cutting, treatment of corns, calluses and hard skin, reduction of thickened nails and general foot health maintenance to keep your feet healthy and comfortable.
Ingrowing toenails can be painful and, if left untreated, may lead to infection. We provide gentle, effective treatment to relieve discomfort and help prevent the problem from returning. Where appropriate, nail surgery may be recommended as a permanent solution.

Verucca Treatment
Nail Reconstruction
We offer a range of effective treatments for verrucas, tailored to your individual needs. Traditional verruca treatments are available, as well as Swift® Microwave Therapy – an advanced treatment designed to stimulate your body's natural immune response to target the virus that causes the verruca. During your consultation, we will discuss the most suitable treatment option for you.
Damaged, discoloured or unsightly nails can often be restored using our specialist nail reconstruction treatment. This cosmetic procedure creates a natural-looking nail, helping to improve appearance and confidence while allowing healthy nail growth to continue where appropriate.

Diabetic Footcare
Fungal Nail Treatment
People with diabetes are at greater risk of developing foot problems, making regular foot checks essential. We provide diabetic foot assessments, routine footcare and professional advice to help maintain healthy feet and reduce the risk of complications.
Fungal nail infections can cause nails to become thickened, discoloured and brittle. We assess the condition of your nails, provide professional treatment and offer advice to help improve nail health and reduce the risk of the infection returning.
Footcare
Biomechanical Assessment
Pain in your feet, ankles, knees, hips or lower back can often be caused by the way you walk. During a biomechanical assessment, we carefully assess your gait, posture and foot function to identify the cause of your symptoms and recommend the most appropriate treatment to help keep you moving comfortably.
Biomechanics is the study of how your feet and lower limbs move and function. By identifying abnormal movement or pressure, we can recommend the most appropriate treatment, which may include stretching exercises, footwear advice, orthotic insoles or onward referral where necessary, helping to improve comfort, mobility and reduce pain.

Need a More Permanent Solution?
For some patients, routine foot care may not be enough to resolve ongoing nail problems. If you suffer from recurring ingrowing toenails, painful nail edges, or long-term nail conditions, our clinicians can assess whether nail surgery may be a suitable option.
Nail surgery is a straightforward procedure performed under local anaesthetic and is designed to provide long-term relief from persistent nail problems.
